iQU Coaching Program

To help unlock people's potential to maximize their own contribution and the impact they have on others.

Why coaching?

Numerous studies have shown that effective coaching helps individuals to:

  • Establish and take action towards achieving goals
  • Become more self-reliant
  • Gain more job and life satisfaction
  • Contribute more effectively to the team and the organization
  • Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments
  • Work more easily and productively with others (boss, direct reports, peers)
  • Communicate more effectively

What does coaching look like?

An effective coaching relationship is a positive, constructive, growth experience.

It most traditionally takes the form of a regular, private and confidential meeting between the two of you, though even that is flexible to your needs. While each individual and coach will have their different styles, the relationship is focused on providing value to the coachee. Discussions often focus on identifying your needs and wants, examining challenges, discovering options, and finding actions that are valuable and support your growth.

iQU coaches are well-versed in the principles of the iQOS and iQmetrix methods and processes. Coaches aren’t there to lecture you on these systems, but rather help you work with these expectations and generate a greater benefit.

How can a Coach help me and my team?

Facilitate monthly strategy sessions

Your Coach is experienced at facilitating effective and focused Strategy sessions.

Facilitate your team's tactical meetings

Your Coach can provide objective, balanced guidance to help ensure your team is staying on track.

Support your growth and development

Your Coach can conduct regular one-on-one sessions that focus on your own personal development.

Address team-specific needs

Your Coach can support assessment, planning and steps for resolution of team-specific needs and opportunities.

The Difference between Mentoring and Coaching

While some coaches also mentor, a mentor is a more experienced individual willing to share knowledge with someone less experienced.

Coaching, on the other hand, is a relationship that helps an individual achieve goals on specific skills and development by breaking them into concrete tasks through an established plan for intentional growth.

Getting Started

As a  Lead, you’re encouraged to utilize coaching services to help you grow and perform. Let’s get connected...

Option A: Choose and Try Out a Coach
If you've identified a coach you'd like to start with, go ahead and submit this form with your preferred coach.

Option B: Try our Coach “Sampler”
If you’re looking for more information before you choose a coach, let's book a 1/2 hour discovery conversation with each coach to help you decide.

Remember, all engagements are temporary and confidential! Behind the scenes, Coaches are involved in an objective, peer-reviewed assessment process to ensure they’re providing valuable assistance. They’ll be challenging themselves and each other to determine “is this individual getting excellent support?” They’ll do their best to answer that question, but your perspective matters. If context changes, you’d like a different perspective or if you just want to try a different coach, let us know!
